Return/Exchange/Damage Policy

Returns and Exchanges

As a fledgling startup company, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as of yet. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that was broken or damaged in transit, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days. Pictures of the damaged products and shipping container(s) or box(es) will be required. Please contact [email protected], and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.

1. Order Processing:

  • Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • Major holidays and certain times of the year may see 3-4 day delays in processing times. As a small business, we strive to meet demand as promptly as we possibly can.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may provide free shipping promotions on eligible orders if available.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Estimated delivery times are 2-7 days, and costs are provided during the checkout process.

4. International Shipping:

  • We currently do/do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 2 business days to become available.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure.
